Fitment question

2007 e90 328i. 18x8 in front and 18x9 rear both offset at 35 I believe. Would those work? And what size tires would be ideal? Just want to make sure they would fit an not cause problems.

Offset is fine. Just go with OEM tire size 225/40 + 255/35.
I assume the bolt pattern is 5x120 for BMw fitment.
