I installed this over the weekend. This thing feels so much better I highly recommend it to all. For those of you who are wondering, yes this is a direct plug and play install for those that have the standard sport steering wheel with the paddle shifters. Took me 30-45 minutes to replace it tops using the DIY references already on this site.

Here are the tools you need for the swap:
T20 torx screwdriver (to remove and reattach the trim to the new wheel)
Flathead screwdriver (to remove the clips attached to the airbag)
Needle-nose pliers (to remove the OEM paddle wires on the trim)
16mm standard 6pt socket w/6" extension (to remove wheel)
Torque wrench (to remove and tighten back wheel to 46 ft-lbs)
Bright flashlight/worklight so you can see what you're doing
