Is the CF blemish fixable?

I am buying this CF hood off of someone and he said it had a blemish and showed me this pic. It's the circular white spot. Is this a repairable/covetable blemish?

Would that be a "break it" point for anyone? I reaaalllyyyyyy want it lol. Don't wanna stare at that spot for hours saying "shit this sucks" lol

naa some hand polish can prob do the trick
my brand new one didnt have a perfect finish.
i feel bad for people who buy the expensive brands as ive seen a bunch of those fit like shit

New question. I'm going to get it. But I have no way to transport it so I'm going to put it on at the guys house. Is it safe for me to drive 2 hours without a hood?
