Need alignment... spacers question

I am switching from run flat to non-run flats for my summer set up and when I get them installed this spring I want to get a four wheel alignment done at the dealer (best place I've found and had good luck with them so far in terms of alignments). I currently have 12 mm spacers up front and 15 mm in the rear. Should I take them off before I get the alignment? Or should I leave them on, tell them about them, and let them align the car with the spacers? Do the spacers change the alignment at all?
Thanks for the help!
