18x9.5 - 18x10.5 aggressive setup
Will this setup work for a 2009 335i xDrive without rubbing or rolling fenders:
18x9.5 ET20 18x10.5 ET22 I tried to search for 10.5 ET22 offset but could not find anyone running that kind of setup. These are the wheels I have my eye on: http://www.ebay.com/itm/18-VARRSTOEN...4f734e&vxp=mtr

Running those widths/offsets is stupid if you're not lowered. Running an aggressive setup, you should expect to have to roll fenders at minimum.
You will need a good amount of stretch in order not to rub. 225/40 and 255/35 |

How do you expect to run an aggressive setup without rubbing or fender rolling? They basically go hand in hand. Aggressive setup means you're trying to make a wheel fit that normally wouldn't fit.
To answer your question, no. 18x10.5 -22 will require some work even on pre-LCI, so LCI will be even worse.

Those sound like M3 sizes and not E90 fitment. You'll need camber adjustment and stretched tire if you don't want to roll your fenders. It'll be cutting it pretty close w/o a fender roll.

E90 M3 is E90. This setup and much more aggressive has been accomplished many times. Stop trying to sway people away from their intended fitment.

E90 M3 has more room than a non-M E90. I have heard mixed things about VARRSTOEN but they do look cool and are dirt cheap Offsets are definitely aggressive. I have a similar offset on my M3 and I find it to be aggressive as is. i wouldn't personally do it on a Non-M. It may look good, but I doubt it would give the driver the best in performance.

I just put on 19x9.5 M3 fitment rears on my pre lci e90. the offset is +22 using a 265/30/19 tire. Before I got the wheels I didnt want to roll the rear fenders. But I finally found AK Motorwerks which did the fender rolling for me. It took them no time at all and they did a perfect job. If I didnt get the fenders rolled, theres no way the rears would fit. So in my opinion, with a 10.5 inch rear wheel at +22 I think you will definately need a fender roll. But Id say go for it. It will look sick. Nice and aggressive.
