Yeah, this is my car. The HPF Gen II sounds nice. A little drone at 4 to 5k. I wish I can test it now. Chris just installed it for the video. I'm actually making about 100 whp more now than what I was when this video was taken. I think that effects the sound with the increased volume of exhaust. Catless DPs made a big difference in the sound also. It's a nice setup, but I think for the money, I would give a long hard look at the VRSF 3.5" exhaust also. $1595 HPF vs $769 VRSF... I personally would rather spend my money on other upgrades. Performance won't be much more than a few WHP difference, not enough to put enough weight on picking between the two. Would like to hear the VRSF, because for me the HPF was a little loud for a DD.

The VRSF was really quiet so as a result they're making another version. The next version is supposed to be quite a bit louder so it doesn't sound nearly as close as the last one did to a stock exhaust.

sell yours to me for $770.00 and get the other seriously though....I am really thinking about getting this exhaust but I am wondering if the lockdown differential will get in the way?

Nice thing about the VRSF is the price and a new design would be cool. I was thinking asking them to making me a single pipe to connect to the V-Band and run a 328 bumper with defuser.

Only one way to find out... I would ship it to you, but I didn't buy it. Chris pulled it after the video. It was his proto type and it went on HPF335's car.

Yea the price is amazing. Send him an email and i'm sure he can maybe work something out for you. Idk if they'll actually do it but I suggested making a bunch of tips and letting people select which they want from a drop down prior to ordering. For example, silver dual, black chrome dual, silver quad, black chrome quad, etc... I think it would be a great idea and would make a lot of people happy.

I'm definitely waiting for it. I almost bought the first version but it wasn't loud enough for my taste. If anyone wants me to post the videos in case anyone hasn't seen them I can post the VRSF exhaust vids.

any more info on your setup? rasp? videos please!!!

VRSF is apparently stock-sounding... the loud "race" version won't be out for 2 or 3 months or even more.. and it sounds like it'll be just like the hpf gen 2
