Code 30FF and boost leak

So i faced the 30FF (low pressure on turbo exhaust side) code several times again (by WOT and between 6500 and 6800 rpm at 4th gear)...

I decided to check my whole intake side for leaks and this is what i found:

1.The whole intake pipes and hoses (turbo to intercooler and intercooler to chargepipe, chargepipe and throttlebody) where full of oil, even the joints where full of it. Could a large amount of oil provoque a bosst leak?

2. The DV-connectors are broke inside. Did anyone experience the same thing? Could this lead to a leak?
