Hey guys,
I have a 2007 328i with sports suspension. I have type 161 wheels, which have the specs: (Front: 17x8 ET34 225/45 R17) (Rear: 17x8.5 ET37 255/40 R17) Now for my question, what size tires can go on the OEM wheels? Can the rears go bigger than 255? Also, I'm not looking to roll my fenders. Side note: What tires would you recommend for maximum comfort/handling on a 328i? Eye candy for reference, shes still mostly stock so go easy on me ![]() ![]() |

FYI.
I have a 2007 328XI 2 door Coupe that had the 225/45/17 factory run flats, and I replaced them with Hankook Ventes 225/50/17. Took a lot of the fender gap out.. Everybody thinks its lowered, but it's not. I don't have the sport package, but I put 15mm H&R spacers in the back which gives it a staggered look. Just thought I'd share this small piece of info. I'm a long time reader, but first time poster. |
