E90 LCI Angel Eyes
Hi all,
Angel eyes are going to be my next mod to the car, but I've been umming and ahhing about which one's to go for. I've got the yellowy halogens on my car right now but would want ones which are white rather than blueish tone to it? I want the inner and outer ones to be simillar brightness if possible. So far I've opted for the SSDD angels but i want to know if they're easy to install? I own E90 LCI 320D. Any suggestions will be much appreciated thanks Last edited by bruce287; 10-01-2012 at 08:42 PM.. |

They're simple enough to do just a bit of faffing because there's not a lot of space - I bought some more powerful ones from the states but had to make up steel mounting plates which was a pain, but the SSDD version are plug & play

They are available for both, specify AE for an LCI with halogens & you'll get the correct part, these look to be the correct ones

Stevese90 - I have halogens in atm but I dont want to do the whole Angel HID's
IanS100 - I've looked at them, and when you say its simple enough, I know that they're plug and play but I'm not the most confident when it comes to these things haha! I do like trying though, how easy is it haha and any instructions?? cheers for the replies! |

There are instructions around but sorry, I don't have a link, also most instruction advise going through the wheel arch access hatch but on my LCI I found it easier going from the top (bonnet open). I did remove the wheel arch access hatches (don't need to take the wheels off) just because it gives a little more room for manoeuvre.
If your thinking up upgrading the headlight bulbs to Philips Extreme or OSRAM Night Breakers etc do it at the same time, just stick your hand down the back of the headlights & remove the 2 covers & the rest is fairly straightforward & obvious edit: Check this out, toward the bottom of the page post #19 by e90Liv |

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2809558607...84.m1438.l2649 - they look the same or shall i go all out on LUX angels but they are pricey at $215 delivered about £160 Any other recommendations?? |
