I thought the same thing. What in the world was he doing with the steering wheel? Looked very odd to me.

Wow. I wouldn't under any circumstances want to be on the track with a maniac like that.

Did they install the Nissan R35 GTR self driving package onto high end P-Cars now? I didn't realize that was one of the 92851581092834912374098127492 options.

What a mess. Hands on and off the wheels, elbow on the door, grabbing the A Pillar as he loses control of the car. Somebody get an instructor in that car.

Wow, somebody get him off the track before people get hurt!!

Hands "technique" is adventurous, no control of the car. Unbelievable. Money doesn't buy driving skills.

He leaves the stability control on and apparently his technique is to let go of the wheel and let PSM save it.

Scary as hell....

There's a detailed thread on this on rennlist from people that were at the event and also know the driver, way too many concerning and plain scary issues with this particular situation.

The driver is not a novice, he was repeatedly warned about his habits and refused to correct them, worse of all he was signed off for solo on that same event instead of being kicked out.
