Recommend me a machine polisher please

Hi, can anybody recommend me a machine polisher please? I fancy having a go with one when the weather warms up, I'm a novice that has only ever detailed by hand so I'm guessing I will need a dual action polisher to avoid damaging the paint. Ideally I would like to be able to remove fine swirls marks/scratches from my paint & also use it for polishing & waxing, my cars an e92 in sparkling graphite metallic if it makes any difference.
Thanks in advance.

Get onto detailing world for everything including lots of vendors for all your needs. I personally have a Kestral das 6 dual action I think it's called. I find this spot on for my needs and its one of the cheaper DA s you can get. It can get expensive the better quality as with most things. This was not finished so not a great example pic but gives you an idea

yep totally agree re the recommendations being a dual action means there's less risk its all down to the pads you use and the polish and various cutting agents you use.

I've had mine for 18 months or so used it a few times and has really paid off re removing scratches and deepish bird lime tide marks that normal hand application work won't remove.

Got mine from UltimateFinish as a bundle deal for a decent price.

I had the meguiars g220 for years, BUT trying to correct German paint with it is very hard work.

I recently bought a FLEX 3401 and wish I had years ago, it corrects BMW paint very quickly.
