need tire size recommendation...going a little more agressive this time.
hey guys...
i'm looking for the tire fitment gurus of the forum. i'm looking to run a little more agressive wheel fitment than my current TE37 setup. the specs on the wheels are as follows: 18x9.5 +35 Fronts 18x10.5 +22 Rears this is going on a 08 335i E92....my rear fenders are rolled and i'm dropped on KW V2s....so i can make adjustments to ride height. i know i'll have to run a somewhat stretched tire....but i'm ok with that. can i please get some tire size recommendations from the fitment gurus to avoid any potential rubbing. thanks in advance everyone! |

Here is a setup that has a little bit more aggressive specs.
http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=800425 These are probably the best bet on tire size 235/35/19 or 225/35/19 to front 265/30/19 or 255/30/19 to rear You will need spacer to front. 19x9.5 et35 won't clear coilovers from inside.

i'll be running 18's though....like my current setup....just a wider wheel by 1" in both the front and rear. i was thinking i'd have to run something more along the lines of: 225/35-18 in the front 245/35-18 in the rear ...so as to avoid the rubbing. |

225/40/18 or 235/40/18 to front 245/35/18 or 255/35/18 to rear I have 18x9.5 et35 with 235/40/18 at my pre-lci E90 and it is 2mm from stock shocks. With coilovers you need more clearance ,because of those ride height adjustment. So you need probably 5mm spacer just to clear the coilovers or other option 10mm so you get hubcentric spacer. You don't need 35 series tyre to front. If you go with 245/35 at rear then i would use 225/40 at front so that both front and rear have similar stretch. This black E90 has 18x9.5 et20 225/40/18 and 18x10.5 et20 245/35/18 just to give you idea how it would look. http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=737286
