IPhone 5 AND E90 Bluetooth

Hi all

Never had an issue with the bluetooth on my 56 e90 320d until I just got my new iphone 5

has issues syncing contacts, which resolved itself

but now, if i am on a call for longer than 3 or 4 minutes it drops audio. the other person can hear me talking but i cant hear them

my car was in at bm last year and they said it needed a £150 software update and asked if I had experienced bluetooth issues....but back then my blackberry worked perfect.

has anyone else encountered this kind of thing with their IPhones?

I had it with an HTC, the problem is that Bluetooth is temperamental at the best of times & there's no guarantee that the £150 upgrade will fix it.

Had the same problem in my car a 07 plate...i have been advised to delete the old iphone device which was paired with the car. Deleted the pairing in both the car and the phone and then set it up and now it works fine...software update might or might not fix the same. But try the above...this same issue was faced by one of my friend in his parrot bluetooth kit as well and the above method worked hope this helps?

Yes, I would definitely remove all old/unwanted bluetooth devices and start afresh.
