Removing Front Grilles E92 is it easy job?
Hi guys, looking for a DIY on here to remove the fromt E92 Lci Grilles, is it an easy job or a big job??

If its similar to e90 , piece of cake.

I thought this would be a piece of cake, like all the youtube videos show.
It's not difficult, but it is a right fiddle - I tried it singlehandedly and got nowhere. Next time I was at the folks, my dad lent an extra pair of hands and with a screwdriver and a specially bent bit of metal to undo the bottom clips, we had them done in 10 mins. So I'd say it's easy when you know how and have an extra pair of hands! Perhaps I should add that I did mine in really cold weather, which made me reluctant to pull & tug on the plastics too much as everything felt so cold and brittle. |
