Here are some pics of my DIY and pics of what the screws, nuts, plastic divets and clips that has to be taken off...Tools needed is a small tiny head screw driver, t-27 torx, 8mm rachet and a rivet wrench (not sure if its called this)!
First step take off door sill by gently pulling upwards to unclip the clip from the frame..Start in the middle and work towards the opposite sides until all seven tabs releases and the door sill is free, then remove any remaining clips from the car, some of them might not come out with the door sill and the remaining ones that are on the car need to be pryed out with little tiny screwdriver. Next step is to unscrew the 9 screws from under the chasis using the T27 torx, note some of them might spin and spin and actually never come out..Those you have to get a screw driver on the side of it and pry it loose, only a small amount of force is needed because its also pressure fitted besides the threads ..Next remove the rear wheel whele nuts with 8mm rachet wrench...Next use a divet wrench to get out 5 of those plastic divets that hold the side skirt on underneath where the door sill use to cover....Last step is to grab the rear sideskirt and pull towards you gently to release the four pressure fitting on the sideskirt...Use the tiny screw driver and remove those clips from the OEM ones because they will need to be re-installed on the new ones... One side done...repeat for the remaining side....Here are pics...first pic shows hardware that needs to be taken off, and the second pics show what tools are needed to get those hardware off...third pic is the door sills where hardware 3 and 4 have to be taken off ( use pic one for reference)....Picture 4 shows under carriage where hardware #2 has to be taken out (use 1st picture as reference)...Final pic shows the 8mm bolts that need to be taken off near the wheel whell (use pic 2 as reference item #4) ...The final pic also shows the pressure fittings (little agua blue circle) that needs to be pull off by pulling the sideskirts outwards towards you...REmove hardware #1 and put it aside to reinstall into aftermarket skirts (use reference to pic 1)....I hope this helps out guys!!

Those 5 plastic divots... are they the small square-like white ones that are a b*tch to remove?

THose five are not the square ones and yeah those are a bitch to get off, but the ones that are round with what looks like a nail head on it...Look at the second pic where the tool is underneath a pair of plyers that are rounded tips...I have to change the wording, its my mistake, not a wrench but plyers that have rounded edge to them..

I finally did the other side, and for some reason I cannot edit my original post...so here goes...For the door sill when you pull up the sill, there will be some clips that come off with the sill and some may still be stuck in the holes of the frame...FIrst time I used a tiny screw driver to pry them out, but it turns out that my handy divet plyers took them out with ease...Look at the tools I used and its the third tool from picture 2...It took me about 15 minutes to take out the passenger side OEM sideskirt...First time took me over an hour because of those door sill clips which each of them snag some of my time to extract, and it was also my first time taking it off, but with experience of it already done on the driver's side, I am a PROFESSIONAL now!!!! Now all i need is my M-force M3 sideskirts to be delivered...hopefully by the end of next week from what I have been TOLD!!! I am sure this DIY will be handy very soon as soon as M-force starts shipping them out on a regular stock basis!!!

Can you please tell me what is in the green hole on the last picture? My right side skirt is comming off at the rear, I have tried pushing it in with no avail... is it a push pin? How can I secure it?

I just used this how to myself to take off my OEM side skirts and I'm not a hands on person was able to take the skirts off in 15 minutes and put the M Techs on in 15 minutes those damn white clips are a pain in the butt. I'm currently on a break from those and I came back to read this tread and saw that needle nose pliers I'm praying that's a solution. This is an easy DIY except for the clips!

Yes, use needle nose pliers. The trick is to pull the pin in the middle and then pull the screw fastener afterwards. Took me awhile to figure it out.

Yeah, those clips are a b*tch! Don't scratch your paint in the process. I used needle nose pliers and a flathead screwdriver for more leverage.

Used a small eye glass flat head screw driver and placed them between the narrow opening inside the clips and put the microfiber cloth under the screwdriver a pushed up. The clips popped right out and no damage to the paint.
