LSD for 2005 320D

Hi guys, i cant find the information i need

I have e90 320D manual, i want to put LSD in my rear diff so i can go little bit sideways

from what diffs can i use LSD from or do i have to buy aftermarket LSD for my car ?

Can you recommend any LSD for 320D
