Diy Question on stock axle back exhaust removal
Ive got the stock system basically on the groun with the exception of a wire going into a canister on the left muffler tip if im looking at the rear bumper.
Out of every Diy ive searched there has never been any mention of this. Its riveted in and goes all the way through the tip. Any buddy have any insight to this? Thanks |

NO do not cut it. Just pull it off. you can put it back on easily. it plugs on and off. It's a hose that triggers your exhaust flap. your exhaust flap opens up when you FLOOD IT. it close when you cruise. Not a big deal just pull it off gently.

If you get a new exhaust just tape that hose somewhere in that hole or under there. it becomes useless when you use a new exhaust. goodluck. |

So should I leave that hose unplugged just tied somewhere? I am about to install the Vanguard V2 this week, just want to make sure I get no lights on my dash board. Should I plug that hose or just leave it opened? Thank you!
