iPhone 4s WOOOSH sound through AUX?

Has anyone experienced this low "WOOOSH" sound coming out of speakers when using an iPhone 4s on a 2010 BMW through the armrest AUX? The woosh sound comes on whenever I play a track, then the noise would stop 10 secs after the song.

I tried iPhone 5 and no problem. How can I resolve this?
