The wheels will literally hop in the air, thus losing traction to zero, then suddenly regaining 100% traction causing a shock to the driveline and destroying things.

You will know when you feel it.

It's a heart attack to your drivetrain. Wheel hop is the common culprit for blown differentials and axle on any car. It's even worse on FWD cars. I broke all kind of things from wheel hop. If you don't want any repairs, if you start to experience wheel hop, get out of the throttle.

Good to know, but subframe bushings help handling and hooking up I would say by reducing flex. My buddy notice a huge improvement in bumps being not transmitted to the otherside so to speak.
