APEX ARC-8 17x9 et42 with Toyo R888s
Up for sale is a set of four 17x9 silver ARC-8s with Toyo R888 245/40/17s. Awesome track setup in great shape. Recently mounted and balanced at a local Butler Tire in Georgia. Receipt can be included at request. $850.00 PLUS SHIPPING! *****WHEELS and TIRES ARE SOLD******* The wheels are in great shape with some small marks here and there but no major blemishes. No bends or other issues. No center caps included. 42mm offset. 5x120mm. Read more about these wheels here: http://www.apexraceparts.com/ARC-8-17x9-Wheel_p_17.html The tires have about 2/32nds - 3/32nds left on them (about 40-50% remaining). Keep in mind brand new they only have 6/32nds. Tires are here on tirerack: http://www.tirerack.com/tires/tires....R888&tab=Specs Shipping will be at the buyers expense. The tires are 24 lbs each per tire rack and the wheels are 17.4 lbs each per Apex. My zip is 30076. Please calculate estimated costs yourself. FWIW these fit my E90 330i perfectly with 10mm spacers up front. 5mm will provide enough clearance also. No spacers needed in rear but I ran 20mm for looks. While the tires are 245s keep in mind R comps run wide. The R888s were slightly wider than my pilot super sport 255s. Brand new this setup will cost you about $2000 PLUS shipping and mount/balance. Serious inquires please PM. I am not willing to separate tires and wheels at this time. Last edited by TheLawrence; 03-15-2013 at 06:13 PM.. Reason: sold |

It is foil tape used to secure the wheel weights for track applications. I thought this was standard procedure for tracking but I guess not. People also use gorilla tape but I've never tried it. I could peel the tape off if it bothers you but it might also take the weights with it.
