Once again! Steering wheel shimmy & shake at 40mph+

Thought I would not run into this problem again! But don't know this time what it is.

Ever since I got a new setup, wheels + tires steering wheel started to shake left to right.
Wheels are Beyern (hubcentric wheels) spartan model
Fronts: 18x8.5 & rears : 18x9.5 staggered all the way around.
Running on michelin pilot sports 2 zero pressure (runflats)
Fronts 225/45/18
Rears 245/45/18

Car model: 09' e90 none sports package.
Had this setup for almost 2 months, until it started last week.

None of this ever happened when I had my stock 16's oem on.

But these are hub centric so I do not know what the issues are?
Already had them road force balanced successfully & balanced static & dynamic already.

Can I please get some advice/opinion on what is wrong.

*no suspension issues or anything like that.

Thank you!

Things I can think of.
Tire/wheel balance
alignment
loose lugnut (lug studs in these cars)
some inbalance on the brake rotors big enough to cause shaking

Get a good alignment and road force balancing.
