Car idle is a lot smoother and quieter. I had an issue with my car bogging and skipping under throttle even after changing plugs and coils. Thought it was injectors but they were fine. Last thing I could think of was dirty clogged intake valves and sure enough it was. I recommend at least having PSI look at the valves with the camera and go from there. More than likely you will need them if you have over 30K miles.
