Wheel+tires+install price check

Not sure if this is the right place to ask. Mods please move if necessary.

I got someone that quoted me $1300 for new 18" VMR V701's, new Nexen N300 tires, installation, TPMS transfer, and balancing. Is that a fair price? What are your thoughts? I don't know anything about wheels/tires, so I don't want to get ripped off.
I have stock suspension if it matters.

Thanks in advance.

If everything is new, that is a great price. The wheels alone cost about 800 new. The tires about 150-175 new each. That is $1400 for just parts.

That's what I was thinking too, if I were to calculate each separately.
Anymore opinions?
