hmm i thought so. KBB actually suggests $31.5k from private seller.

grinds my gears that xDrive jacks up the price that much.

e92desired, bummer to see that it sold. I'm also located in Pitt by the way. I'm in a similar boat having a hard time finding one with all the options/combo I want as well.

Not sure exactly what you are looking for, but have you seen these?

2010 335xi White/red. Looks modded, I think tail lights might be reversible but the mods might also imply that it was driven hard.

I found one out in seattle that a fellow e90er is going to test drive today for me. and tell me whats up
