E85 information?

Hey guys, at the moment I have jb4, intakes, catless mid pipes, and I want to try out some e85..I know that the car has to be on map 5, but I just don't know exactly how many gallons to put into the car to mix with 91..I was wondering if anyone can help me out? Thanks alot in advance!

Start with 5 gallons e85 the rest 91 then do a couple adaptation pulls this is about an e30 mix. Once the car is adapted get a couple of logs and send them to terry or post them up to make sure fuel trims etc are good.
