Rear Bumper Question!

Hi i just wondered if any of you guys know would this fit my M sport E92 coupe 330i with rear parking sensors? I plan to do a 335 exhaust conversion, is it as simple as remove my rear diffuser and fit this one on? Or is it not a straight swap over? cheers!
