do I have to put my primary cats back in?
I have to have a smog test done (Illinois), will I pass with just my secondary cats or will I have to put my primaries back in? I don't think it is a OBD2 test just a sniffer. I guess our it in map 0 also and dive fir a bit? Never have done a smog test modded in this car lol!

Pay to play!
I found a local shop that swapped my DP's for about 200 bucks. I never went back to catless...I actually like how quiet the car is now. And with 100% e85 the car runs great without the catless DPs

Find a shop that will sniff another car to pass you?

haha, I just went over to cwarren's shop and we put my stock DPs back on my car so I can take it to the dealership next week. Think I have and injector going out and need new turbo's. CPO...
Good thing is my car is due for smog in Aug so I'll just take it a little early to get my tags renewed. I'll be good for another two years then. They check ready state through OBD, so no sniffer. Good luck Rob. |
