HRE P-40s fitment questions...

Hey I'm looking to get someones HRE P-40s with tires. Fitment is as follows:

19x9.5 +22 F & 19x10.5 +24R

They are coming off of an e93 M3. I have a e93 335. Will I have rubbing issues, fitment problems, etc? Would I need to get spacers?
Tires as far as I know are 265s in the fronts and 295s in the rear.

Any input is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

wheels will fit... however, the current tires are too big-- i would put the 265 from the front in the back and buy a 235 for the front

good luck
