Just paid for my ED. Given the posts on this topic, I just added extended warranty to the deal. I have a feeling this will be an ongoing problem.

What grade of oil are you guys running? Anyone read the Tech Talk article in this monthes Roundel on this heating issue? Anyone try it to see if it helps?

I have been having the same issues as you all. Stock or PROcede my car has been overheating at the track. January 07 build 6mt with oil cooler Have been tracking at Miller MotorSports Park, elevation is around 4200 feet. I have had the limp mode with no lights around 290 while driving hard, take one cool down lap and everything is kosher for a few more laps. Ambient temps were around 85 all the way to 105 and it seems that around 80 degrees the car can keep up with the cooling but after that, it just needs to be driven less hard.
