Spacers

Hi,

I'm looking for spacers for my E91.
I have 8,5x18 in rear and would like to make it look better.
What kind of spacers you guys use for your cars?
Is there some good manufacture you can recommend?
Is there anything I should be careful of while buying spacers etc?

Looking for your help.
