New Wheels & Tires, Alignment question
I've read a few threads on alignment after new wheels and tires and keep getting mixed results.
Just wanted someone to clarify the reasoning and if it is necessary Info about my setup: - Recently upgraded from stock 193m 18's to Alufelgen SF-71 19's. - The car was lowered on the 18's and the suspension was not altered when swapping the old wheels to the new ones - Alignment was done early January The college town I'm in doesn't have reputable shops that do correct alignment's as far as I researched, many of them have bad reviews. Thanks for any help

From all that I know (and sometimes it's not ALL that lol) you should ALWAYS get an alignment when changing tires and I would think that to be especially true since you're changing size as well.....

If you just had one and do not have irregular wear I wouldn't worry about it. Just monitor your new tires for abnormal/accelerated wear. You can always get an alignment later.
