Well the MSRP is 53,445 with that build off the BMW website. If you reverse figure it assuming you're getting the current base MF of .00129 with a residual of 64% for 36/12k lease, a sales price of 49000 gives you a payment of $518 a month, tax EXCLUDED. There's still a $1500 lease credit and $750 loyalty credit out there but you need to provide a lot more details for a precise, detailed answer.
