how do i resize my photos to be small enough, i think 100x100 to use in avatar and sig? when i do it the picture looks horrible and grainy.

What software tool are you using to resize these pictures?
If it looks "grainy", you must be using some basic tool, which employs some primitive resizing algorithm. Any self-respecting picture editing program will use something much more advanced, giving you better results. It won't necessarily look perfect right away, but certainly shouldn't look grainy. |
