FSC 1B import in CIC 40GB

Hello community,

i have following problem: ican't get 1b FSC into a CIC with 40GB harddrive (seems to be one CIC from BMW test cars). There are no problems with 17 and 19 FSC. Only the 1B doesn't wont to be imported. Has anyone an idea why?

The car has a CAN-Filter, the FSCs are from an other car, but they are allready tested on many CICs and works 100%.

I have also retrofited my car to CIC Professional on HDD. I also bought a CAN-Filter/ Emulator but it does not activate my navigation option. Whats wrong? Do i need FSC codes to import it to the FSC device? Please Help.
My CIC Device also comes from an BMW Test Car (from a Z4).
