bad & good experiance at Monrovia BMW

So my car is out of warranty at the end of May and my passanger side rear blinker light gave me a error (which I vidioed) a few days ago. I take it to Monrovia BMW and talk to Tim the sa.
This guy looks to be very stresed-out. I sit with him while he calls 2 cust. to tell them that there cars are not ready. I tell him about the blinker and show him the vidio, he asks if it does it now , I say no. I happens every once and a while, but the error code should be there. He tells me If the code is not their that I would have to pay $149.00 fee. I say what, Its under warranty for 4/50,000 miles. He said the tech. wont get paid unless he finds a code or I have to pay. He also said every dealer BMW and Ford do the same.
I call Crevier BMW and talk to a sa, and he said they do not charge $149.00.
f-ing liar. So I ask to talk to the service manager. Very nice man, I explain the problom, and he said their will not be a charge. He hands me off to Matt Clark another sa
Here is the good part: I show Matt the vidio and he knows exactly the problom, gets the parts(left & right) and installs it himself, in about a 1/2hr under warranty.
Matt Clark is the man. Tim needs a loooong vacation.
Thanks for reading my rant.

I bought my car from Monrovia BMW as CPO. So far, bad experiences. Especially since its what I consider kind of far (30 mile drive one way).
First problem: when I bought my car, they didn't tell me about a missing trunk strut. Contacted Chris and he got it fixed.
Second problem. Hood had large gap on right side which they said was due to a warped fender. I go back a couple weeks later, they change the fender while waiting for 4 hrs, but after the hood is still not aligned properly!!! I had to go back on another day because it was already end of the day; Go back another time, they realigned the hood properly after waiting 3 hrs.
A couple weeks pass and as I'm washing my car I noticed the fender that they replaced is slightly wrong color. Fender is slightly gray as opposed to monaco blue. I schedule an appt for sat at 9am with Brooke. I go, and they tell me Brooke and the whole body shop is not available that whole weekend. WTF!! They couldn't have called me the day before or the morning of and told me not to go, but they didn't bother!!! Waited my time to drive all the way out there only to get rejected and drive back home empty handed...
I go back another time and they tell me they will "bring out the shine" in the fender to try and match the color of the car. Waited 2 hours... color mismatch is still visable....so I have to reschedule ANOTHER time for them to re-paint and fade it into the rest of the car, but I have to wait until the end of this month because they don't have any loaners due to the recall...
I have always dealt with Chris, who is pretty responsive and tries to help. Generally, I have had to wait long periods of time and gone back and forth to fix simple issues. The dealership communication is REALLY bad. Most of the SAs don't look happy and look annoyed/stressed all the time; not friendly first impression.

I bought the car at Crevier used and brought in for service a few weeks ago, not impressed, but I did get a Bmw loaner for the 11 days it took them to svc my car. I live 9 miles away from Monrovia
I have heard good things about Mc Kenna, maybe they will be next.

I had an appointment with Brooke at 6. I got there at 6pm and as I walked into the SA area, I see this lady walking out another door. I asked for Brooke and they pointed to the lady walking out. I ended up speaking with Tim Cheng about my issues. I would describe him as someone in the wrong line of work.
