As my family is soon to grow my vehicle needs are going to as well. I bought this BMW at a low price is why I'm selling it the same. You can read all my trials with the car here in the forums so there's nothing to hide. There is no shame here at all. Its an amazing car and I know its going to be a fun car for its next owner. Time for me to put on my big boy pants.

I work at a dealer so I can finance, warranty, ship. We can arrange pickup at our local airport as well. I have quite a few banks and any credit can be sold to with proper down payment of course. This is my car but I can do that. If you decide you need financing I will have to sell it through the dealer. We can collect taxes and tag for you so 1 stop shop. If you do this I will reduce the price to $21500 as we do have a dealer fee and I wont ask you to pay that. Just being fair.

The Good
This car is a brute. We all know the N54 twin turbo, we all know Xdrive. Combine those 2 things and have fun! This car is a blast to drive rain or shine. I drive 22 miles each way to work. This car gets a lot of cruise control time, but I wont lie it has it fun times too. We all know it why hide it? The car itself has without fail always got me where I'm going.

The car before I purchased it went through the full CPO gauntlet. I have all the records of what it went through and Im sure you can call the BMW dealer to confirm or I can PDF the files for you. It at 49185 miles received Front and rear brakes (pads and rotors), All 4 new tires, 6 injectors, 6 coils, and the fuel pump. I have the diag forms for it, why they did them all I don't know but they did. Full inspection and that's all they found. Im impressed seeing that the state said major damage and the car was slated for CPO.

Once the car arrived to me, again I work at a dealership (Ford) I went straight to Reeves here in Tampa to confirm the work. Again fine tooth comb and they replaced the Valve cover gasket for saturation not a leak, the driver side mirror as they tell me it wasn't resetting to 0, the seat belt robot, and all 4 tpms as there was a code. They flushed the brake system and oil changed me up. Car was fancy as can be.

The Bad
I purchased the car with the history that is has. Again nothing to hide. it was in a rear impact. The state indicated major damage and airbags deployed. Neither were correct. The beauty of where I purchased the car in Kentucky you can call the previous owner! That's insane to me here in Florida but it helped. As well the dealer who did all the work was the same store who sold it. The airbag did not deploy and total parts and labor were less than 2k. I do have the evidence of this so no smoke and mirrors here. The Autocheck tells the tale as the owner 2 years later traded it in and the next dealer was able to CPO the car!

I was told the car was a non smoker which was not true. The first owner was. I've removed 100% of that issue, there are fancy ways to do everything I wont bog you down with that. The only issue left on the car is what seems to be an AC system funk. Do not forget I work for a dealership and I'm a non smoker so I know a smoker car instantly. My mother in law is highly asthmatic and no issues for her. Again getting all the bad out of the way. Ive taken close and high res pictures of what I think are the issues on the car. No surprises here. You can put the car on a lift when you come here.

January this year (again all in the forum) I clipped a deer at 70mph. Went under the passenger side. Didn't hit the hood or headlights. It didn't even shut off the cruise. Pulled over and again that saga is here. Long story short all fixed shiny and new, and because the shop missed a step on how to fill the transmission as its cooler was leaking it burned up the trans. So $9k fresh transmission in the car. Car went to Bert Smith BMW for an inspection again this was very recent and they still cant find an issue with the car. Why hide it, its all on the forum. There was a vacuum leak that was keeping me from boosting <---found and fixed. Was a common leak issue.

Current issues. Windshield star been repaired but visible, pass fender is missing a sliver or plastic, small scratch on rear bumper, and leather was repaired on driver side. Other than that its as good as a 2009 gets. Again why tell you this, I sell cars and buy cars I like honesty how about you?

Thank you. Id rather be upfront rather than try to hide something easy. It is my car but my dealership works in the same way. Thanks for the free bump. I posted all of that to assure you Im not getting rid of any problems. This is still my daily driver so I do try my best to keep it clean as I can.
