Another SOS light issue

Hey guys I have an '06 330 and I have been dealing with this SOS issue for awhile now, finally this week I have some time to work on the car.

So my radio, chimes, bluetooth don't work. iDrive seemed to operate just fine, it did froze on a few occasion.

What I've tried:
-reset the idrive by holding 3 buttons
-disconnect the battery
-I visually checked the wiring under the trunk mat and the amp wiring, I didn't see any damaged or loose wires/connectors.
-I deleted $639 and +teld in the VO with NCSe

I tried connecting to the TCUM with NCSe and I kept getting error messages. Is my TCUM dead?

Another thing I noticed the car didn't have the original battery, and I did registered the battery with NCS. I wonder if an aftermarket battery can be an issue?

I should also point out that, the radio briefly worked for like 5 minutes when I was driving home from work last month. It scared the crap out of me, since I didn't know the volume was all the way up LOL

What do you guys think I should try next? thanks

Here are the error messages I get from INPA that I think is related to this issue:

it has to do with your TCU unit.

You say your radio doesn't work now either? Did it stop working before you started playing with NCS Expert?

Sounds like the TCU is dead and causing a break in the MOST loop.

Try getting one of the MOST loopback connectors, unplug you TCU and connect the loopback to the MOST cable. It should let everything come back online.

Then replace the TCU

You have to buy one from a dealership. I don't have the part number onhand, but I know it's been reference on this site a few times.
