This is so true. I am a pretty big stickler on driving. I sware I can train a monkey to drive better than 95% of the drivers on the road.

Those are extremely illegal in NYS. I've done some research and discovered that white strobes are legal here. However, using them to clear traffic would amount to impersonation of an emergency vehicle. Still very tempting though...
