Your rotors are spinning the opposite way and the pads are probably moving slightly and rubbing against the siding of the calipers. Just throw some of the no-squeal onto the back of the pads next time you have your brakes done.

Ok thanks. So this is not a sign that I need brakes or rotors done right? Also, is there a code the car will alert me with when the brakes need to be changed?

There are $25 sensors, one in front and one and the back that senses the thickness of your pads and will alert you if it runs low. If you activate the sensors though, you have to change them, so I normally do my brakes as it gets low. The rotors are fine unless you hear heavy vibrations/sounds coming from them at high speeds.
