This is an exceptionally clean 2008 BMW 335i Sedan with a CERTIFIED warranty good for over another year.



Unfortunately, I am forced to sell this beauty because of a growing family that requires a minivan instead.

Certified warranty is good until July 23, 2014.

I own the car outright and have title in hand.

The car has always been garaged and is in excellent condition inside and out.
Never smoked in, no dings or dents.

She runs excellent! The clutch is strong. The tires have less than 4K miles on them.

Don't be shy to throw offers my way, as long as they are backed by examples of comparable cars on the market currently.

If you are looking for a 335i on this forum then I am sure you know what they are worth more than I do at this point.

Make me an offer! Don't be shy. Please don't ask what I want for the car. Show me logically comparable cars on the market and we'll go from there.

I just checked on AutoTrader and there is only one '08 335i 6MT 335i under 45K miles within a 500-mile radius from me.

Okay, so I've dropped the asking price to $23,800.

I just did a sanity check using Edmunds.com...

A 2007 with 80K miles with my options should retail at around $18,600.
A 2008 with 80K miles with my options should retail at around $20,500.
A 2008 with 40K miles with my options should retail at around $22,500.
A 2008 with 40K miles with my options and CPO warranty should retail at around $24,600.

Therefore, I can't possibly even consider anything under $23,000.

Am I wrong? Please give me your feedback. Thanks!

I am constantly getting offers that seem way too low. Everyone keeps showing me comparable cars that are a year older than mine with more miles and think I should be selling mine for the same price as those.

It seems people have a different approach to market research than I do.

I just did a simply search for all 2007-2008 BMW 335i Sedans with manual transmission with less than 60K miles located within 500 miles and this is what I come up with:

2007 - 44K miles - $20,500

2007 - 56K miles - $20,800

2008 - 58K miles - $22,790

2008 - 53K miles - $23,491

2008 - 53K miles - $24,980

2008 - 50K miles - $27,591

2008 - 34K miles - $28,500

And even on this forum, here is a 2007 automatic without sport package and no CPO warranty for almost $20K:

Am I wrong in expecting my 2008 with Sport Pkg, 6MT, less than 40K miles, and CPO warranty to be worth in the ballpark of $24K given the comparable cars I've shown above?

This is a solid deal someone needs to get on this. I just picked up a similarly equipped CPO 08 335Xi with 54k for 23.8k for comparison purposes.
