Help me PRICE!

2010 335i
Manual
38k miles
M-Sport & PPK
Cold Weather
Premium

Dealer is asking $34,900. He eluded to the previous owner having a Dinan intake. I fear that this car may or may not have been beat on with all those mods.

Whats a fair price?

Is it CPO? If it is, the asking price is pretty decent but I'd probably aim for 28-29k out the door.

Hm. 28-29k would be fair if it were CPO but since you say it isn't CPO... Maybe 26k? By the way, maybe you should run the vin by a BMW dealer. You might get a nice surprise and find out that this car has actually been CPO'd. I've seen that happen to a lot of guys who didn't buy their car from a bmw dealer and it was advertised as not cpo.

If you post the Vin, I can pull up service history and see if the car has CPO or MP active.
