Red Kidney Grille?

Some of my friends were suggesting that I do something like this...

Opinions?

Please excuse the terrible photoshop job, but use your imagination, the same setup, black mustache, and black outer piece for the grille.

I think I saw a grill that color coming up the hill today as I was descending from up at Tail of the Dragon. Not too much time to check though. Each to his own.

Personally it's not my thing but that's the beauty of modding. You do what you like.

I'd get someone to photoshop it better for you so in order to give you a better idea or just plasti-dip it yourself. If you don't like it you can always remove it.

No, would look kinda gross imo.

i had all white kidney grills(on aw)...that was kinda gross too. black looks best.

i made 3 fins white. i think 3 red fins would look sick!

I think thats looks classy, luckily I have 2 sets of grills so I can change back to OEM. I'm thinking of doing an LCI conversion in august so maybe ill do red until then

To be honest, your front looks great as it is. You have the bumper, lip and amber gone all tieing together with the all black grilles.

I always thought simplicity was best. If you add the red, it is definitely going to throw things off. Thats just my .02.

Post more pics of the rest of the car now!
