Sorry guys. For some reason I didn't get any notification of posts on here (forgot to subscribe). Yes it does include the extended lugs. Those ran about $40.

Just a little more info, I was running these on my 2008 E90 with sport suspension. I think these would have been fine if I had the stock 255 series tires but I have 265/35-18s. So if you have the stock setup these will probably work great.
