New turbos but no loaner?
So I got the go ahead on friday. They are gonna do new turbos covered under the new 84k mi. Warranty.
Anyways, my question is don't you think they should give me a loaner while having my car for 2 or 3 days. Them giving me new turbos under warranty is basically them admitting fault that there is a problem with them. So would't you think they would be more accommodating? |

The loaner programs are administered by the individual dealerships. Since the claim is approved you should be able to get the work done at any dealership. I would take it elsewhere if I were you.

I would just be happy to be getting new turbo's so not really.. usually loaners have to be scheduled in advance one or two weeks, but yeah like stated above every dealer manages fleet differently.. congrats on new turbos!

If you want them done quickly no loaner for you, but if your able to do it when they can schedule a loaner then you get one. That's been my experience with every dealer and across companies
