Trying to lend my brother-in-law and hand and help him sell his car:

We have recently upgraded to a four door and have no use for this vehicle. We have done all major services recently at the Gold Coast Acura dealership and have all records and receipts in hand. The car has been smogged and registration has been paid as of today. We also have the pink title in hand.
A quick list of the goods:

>AC/Heat work flawlessly (blower motor resistor replaced recently)

> Black leather interior (no kids/pets) - minor normal scuff in driver side.
> Timing belt and water pump replaced at 111K
> Battery replaced in Dec - still under warranty
> Aftermarket wheels wrapped in Yokohamas w/road hazzard ins. - replaced at 112K
> Aftermarket Pioneer Head Unit (MP3 CD w/ AUX jack and Remote)
> Upgraded Speakers: Infinity front / Pioneer rear (Infinity didn't fit in rear)
> And most importantly No Accidents!

The bads:
The car is 12 years old - it will show its age. There are its few bumps and scratches.
The rear bumper's clear coat is peeling
The spoiler's clear coat is peeling.
Rear window tint is bubbling.

We recently had it professionally detailed inside and out. The car drives like new, pulls hard, and has been extremely(!) reliable. Aside from gas and oil changes, this car will require almost 0 maintenance for the next 100k + miles as we have mostly taken care of it already. Again, we are only selling it as we have recently purchased a bigger, much needed vehicle.
