Exclamation CD reading when car is off?

So I was taking a nap in my car the other day and I heard noises coming from my CD player. It sounded like the CD player was still reading the CD. That sound you hear when you try to play a burnt CD that wouldn't read and it just keeps reading.

The car was completely off. Any idea what this might be?

Since your doors are unlocked the nav-system is trying to pre-cache itself in the event that you start driving. The same thing happens to the fuel-pump; as soon as you unlock the doors it begins to charge up the fuel lines.

Haha cause I can't afford rent driving the BMW! Nah, I just get tired at work sometimes so I take 20-30 min naps in the car. Better than dozing off at my desk for hours and not getting anything done.

LOL, one of my coworkers is notorious for doing the exact same thing... One day there was a fire in the building and nobody could find him because he was napping out in the parking lot.. They thought he was MIA inside the smoke filled building because no one knew where he was

I always take naps during lunchin the car, you get a good recharge.

Something similar happened to me, our company had a bomb scare, and evacuated the entire building and parking lots, because i pull my car to outer end of the lot, when i saw the fire engines and stuff I stayed in the car, and they closed the lot....for 4 hours. BUT luckily I just pulled my car away as the guy was closing the lot. So A couple of us went to the ale house and watched the bombscare on the local TV channel....LOL

That's exactly what happened, and it wasn't exactly lunch time either (10:48am)... The dude's a total toolbox.
