Sudden reduction in mpg

I took my e92 in for service a couple weeks back. It was a nonsense scheduled maintenance including the battery Cable recall Or whatever it was. However we did do an injector cleaning. Now all of a sudden my mpg has dropped down to 21.5 from 24. I drive the car hard but that has been the case since I bought it. The car 39k miles on it and is bone stock. Any thoughts?
