NJ ticket 39: 4-56 Delaying Traffic

I got a ticket, for driving on shoulder (my bad) for little more than 3-4 cars length to turn right (at 5mph).
The cop wrote "Created risk of Accident" on ticket and said since my record was clean so he is writing a no-point ticket.
39: 4 -56 - Delaying Traffic
I checked online and called court, the fine is $54 and no points.
I will just pay fine, but I just wanted to confirm if no-points on license doesn't increase insurance premium or any other kind of concern.
I did search on google, didnt get clear answers.
Thanks for any information.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but just because a ticket has no points doesn't mean that the insurance won't go up.
i got a silly "unsafe operation" ticket which is no points, but it raised my insurance

My record is clean otherwise.

I talked to the lady from municipal court and she said insurance does not increase if there are no points. however, insurance companies have other reasons to increase premiums.

Some companies require 2 tickets before it effects premium

As far as I know, if its not a motion violation, your insurance won't increase due to the thicket. Your insurance may increase for other unrelated reasons, but don't attribute that to the ticket.

It's just the $54 fine. No DL points or insurance premium changes
Usually the court will reduce a minor moving violation with two points to delaying traffic because its just a minor fine and no points
