PROBLEM: Charge pipe possibly?

Hey all,
So I did some searching here but wanted to see if anyone had some similar issues.

I just moved from LA to Miami... had the car shipped here... filled it up with some sweet 93 octane finally and changed the map on my JB3 (yeah i'm old school). Been running it for a week, decided to get on it hard on the freeway and heard a loud pop/bang by the engine bay. Immediately after the car went into limp mode and i have very little power. Limped her home and there she sits. Doesn't seem to be any other sort of engine issues. All sounds fine. I have a STETT charge pipe and Helix FMIC but I'm thinking that came loose at some point. Do these symptoms sound like a loose IC coupling or charge pipe issue?

Any help is appreciated. Thank you!

Yes. Try to give it some gas, no boost, then pops an engine malfunction light. Basically a big boost leak somewhere.

My stett charge pipe popped off at the throttle body...just pushed it back on (after having to move a bunch of stuff to get to it), made sure the hose clamp was tight and haven't had problems since. Stett does have that little lip that fits in the groove on the TB...but there's quite a bit of pressure if the clamp isn't tight.

Dude you called it correct! Just had a chance to take a look under the hood and moved my DCI and wouldn't you know it, my STETT charge pipe came off the throttle body. Gonna tighten that hose clamp well and hopefully all will be right again in N54 land.

Love this community. Thank you for your diagnosis!

Ok so I tightened the charge pipe back on. However, I'm still in limp mode when I turn on the car. Do I need to do something to get out of limp mode? Sorry I'm not too savvy mechanically with this car.

Usually the car resets itself... Maybe clear the codes with your tune?
