Juice Box Trademark Violation???
I just realized that the worlds largest toy and game maker has a trademark on the name "Juice Box".
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Juice_Box Now I'm no patent or trademark attorney, but isn't using another company's trademark or copyrighted name illegal ? I wonder what Mattel would think about it? Should we be held to a higher standard of ethics and report it to them? BTW, I searched the patent office and it appears that he's ok as far as a tuner for the 335 goes, but I bet he never checked in the first place |

There are several Juice Box Trademarks. Go to uspto.gov and do a search. The words are allowed if they are for different goods and services such that any confusion is avoided.
